“I ordered a uv/led lamp on the 5th of September and I got it on the 14th which was a day earlier than the expected delivery date which was good. But they are really bad with updating the activity tracker when you initially place your order, also when I sent them an email questioning that they told me delivery takes 7 to 10 days which is quite long maybe they can improve on that but overall experience was good”
“My goodness what a terrible experience. I ordered a set of white chairs - the order confiormation showed a set of black chairs. I immediate got onto the chat facility on their web site to teel them to check the order and the lady confirms that the correct coulour chairs (white were) order. No surprise, the chairs are delivered after a lengthy wait and its the incorrct clour chairs. I get on to their chat facility again and Im told they will get back to me , if the colour I ordered is availabe they will re-order or else refund me - are they serious - how are companies like this allowed to do run an online business. Why did I not see the red flags ?????????????”
“Their staff are so unhelpful and rude, their products don't work as described in the descriptions and when yiu would like to return it they make as if the customer is the problem instead of assisting you in order to return the item. They also say "FREE RETURNS" when actually they deduct 15% handling fee from your refund how insane is this. Especially when their products is faulty! Up your game.”
“Ordered 4 items, only 3 came and have not received my refund. Used the split end hair trimmer once and it snapped in half. Such bad quality! Sent photos within days of receiving the item and it breaking and no one is responding to my e-mails. Send constant reminders and I get no responses from them! Shocking service!”

“Snatcher- What an UNPLEASURABLE experience supporting them. Nearly 2 and a half months since requesting a refund and still I HAVE NOT seen a CENT!! Multiple EMPTY promises, with emails as proof, is all they have to offer. Snatcher should reconsider their write up on their values and refund policies-you are UNACCOUNTABLE and your policies need attention as you neglect to mention the lengthy process and time it takes to refund your customers. Snatcher CLEARLY does not deem their customers as a priority. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you rethink supporting them.”

Bought an airfryer at Snatcher, My order took about 15-20days , when i finally received it there was no manual in box, i tried to down load a manual to save myself effort , to my surprise the model they send me is not available on any website, anyway I then requested a manual, first they tell me i need to check properly in the box (seriously), then eventually they send me 3 pages that i could have typed out myself scans was upside down, this is so unprofessional, i read a few reviews on this particular item , all negative reviews and no one ever got a manual for this item. makes me wonder does Snatcher sell clone items -will never buy from them again.”
“I ordered a fairly expensive UHD monitor from them 17 July 2022. Then I read the reviews (wrong way around, I know) and was pretty apprehensive about the order.
Have to say that it has been a pleasure to deal with them, DawnWing delivered my order today, 22 July 2022, in perfect condition. I am in an outlying area so would have received it sooner as it was dispatched on 20 July 2022.
Snatcher kept me informed of progress with an initial phone call and several follow up emails. I have absolutely no complaints with their service...and the price was the lowest I could find online.”
“I bought a sweep-drag-all-in-one. The box the item was in, was open and there were dirty marks on the "broom". What a cheap product too! I immediately emailed Snatcher for a return and told them the box was open and about the dirty marks. It actually looked like it was used. I was told it came from the factory like that and I must see if the marks will come off when I wipe it with a cloth. I told them that I am no longer interested in this product. No reply to my emails after this. After 10 emails I was told to pay for the courier charges for returning the item and there's no guarantee I will be refunded the full amount. It's not the 1st time I buy from them. I am so disappointed in Snatcher that I no longer look at the emails. I will never buy from them again.”
