“Ordered 4 items on Black Friday. A week or so later courier delivered 3 of the 4 items with no explanation or packing slip inside. After trying the online chat, I eventually sent an online complaint. I was then told the item was out of stock. Provided my banking details for a refund and they now tell me their policy is 7 working days for refunds! I can't see that policy anywhere and as others have stated, they do not answer any phone calls. We won't buy again!”
“I have waited almost 2 weeks for my order, the day I received my order some of the items was not included which was paid for, I have sent emails to snatcher and with no replies back. Christmas shopping gone bad. Terrible online shopping and they dont even have a telephone number thats working.”
“This must be the worst online experience I've had. Ordered some Xmas LED lights so that I could make a Xmas tree for my grandchildren. Took over 3 weeks before I got my delivery. 2 of the 3 items that I ordered where incorrectly supplied. Now I can't get hold of anyone at Snatcher to return the goods. Their phone number doesn't even exist. Stick to a reputable company like Takealot and many other online stores rather.”
“I also paid for my items but waited for delivery. Thursday 8th Dec I received a message the parcel is out for delivery but I already had fixed meetings.
They called me from an "unknown" number which I refuse to answer as it seems the POPI act is ignored by all and sundry. Messaged immeadiatly to determine who was calling and connection to what matter but after the 3rd message I stopped because no reply.
I have asked DPD couriers to contact myself several times but no response, called, number 65 in a que and 20 plus minutes waiting!
Firstly change to a reliable & organized courier like courier guy or dawn wing who are just as cheap but efficient!
Secondly, customer service is below poor and unacceptable but you have my money!”

Up to date I haven’t received my order. I am very UNHAPPY with Snatcher Online.
Placed an order on the 22th of Nov Delivery says 7-10 days. Over the weekend had to make a plan for another Baby shower gift when i realised I am not going to get the stuff in time!!!!!! Today is day 13 and nothing to show! Not fast DELIVERY AT ALL!!!!!!!
You cannot even phone them, if you send a message from the site, no response at ALL!!!!
I alternatively phoned and emailed Payflex yesterday, hoping that they can do something.”
“Received a faulty Air Fryer which was collected but not even repaired. Received the item back just as I have sealed the box. Not even tried to repair. Now they do not want to refund because they have no stock. Struggling from beginning of Oct 2022. Stay away from Snatcher, the name says it all 😀”

“I order days ago and was told the driver was at my home and didn't find anyone, surprisingly enough I work from home and my son was just outside on the day. The online chat is the worst nightmare cause they are not even responding to what you are asking. I will never order from this company again after receiving my order. I’m furious! Purchased a pair of Frozen sandals for my little girl. After days had gone by I contacted Snatcher to find out where my order was. Was told they were waiting to receive it from the supplier. So I patiently waited some more.
When FINALLY my order arrived, it was the wrong shoes. I then contacted customer support who were only concerned about getting the wrong product back and made no mention of a SINCERE apology or effort to send the correct product.
I then emailed and expressed my frustration. To which I received a very rude email telling me that I needed to print out (who even does that anymore??) FOUR copies of a form. These then need to be handed over to the courier. I was told to put the product in a new box as any damage to the product (WHICH I DID NOT ORDER) would mean they wouldn’t accept the return!!! This process could take up to two weeks and ONLY THEN would the correct product be dispatched!!!!
I am absolutely disgusted!!!
