I have ordered Rearview Cameras (Selling price:R2670) on 28/12/2022. After numerous E mails, i did received reaview cameras on 18/01/2023.
The product delivered was not the same what i have ordered. When investigated, i found the product they delivered to me was rearview cameras Snatcher advertise for a R1600 . More then a R1000 cheaper that i have paid!!
Again after numerous E mails the Courier Guy collected the cameras on 7/2/2023. The Cameras was delivered the same day to Snatcher. When inquiring about my refund on 20/2/2023, they said they still not received the cameras back. I do have proof who received the package at Snatcher. Again E mails followed and still no refund - 2 months since my money was EFT to them.
I think you will not find a more incompetent bunch of fools in any company....”
“I placed an order 15 Jan 2023. After a few week, having not received my order, I emailed them only to discover that they no longer stock the item. I then requested a refund!!! “I buy two hearing aid and both was not working, and i log a return and that guy said they don't take back such returns item but they will offer me a voucher to buy again , i told him that i no longer interested on buy anything on snatcher ,i want my money back ,still waiting for a respond....don't buy snatcher ,bad service,no communication, delivery takes forever, they item are not working....i regret”
