“I believe they are a scam. No contact number only emails which they dont respond to. Invalid tracking number. Called DawnWing the courier they use also couldn't get through to them. Received an email they tried to deliver but no one was available yet i haven't received a call. then the next day the email says your parcel has been collected by driver for delivery yet yesterday's email said they tried to deliver.
If yall dont get your goods you can log a chargeback with your bank but it might take months cause they need to give the merchant atleast a month to respond to your dispute. so if you log a chargeback dont harass the bank ppl who is trying to get your mony back cause you trusted these scammers”

I made an order on 06 April 23. It got delayed. I chnaged my mind on the 17 April 23 and paid an additional amount. It got further delayed. I recieved an incomplete order on the 08th May 23. They completely ignore me, to date no feedback, no refund, no products.
Save yourself,... just don't. Stick to established shops like takealot.”
“Great service from Snatcher. I ordered a Drone and eventually the supplier could not provide one to Snatcher but Snatcher got another one with all the same features eg. Brushless motor, etc. I was kept informed on my order progress at acceptable, regular intervals. The Drone did cost a bit more than the initial one that I ordered but Snatcher did not charge me more for the difference in price. My son is extremely happy with the Drone, which I had ordered for his 21st birthday. I would definitely recommend Snatcher for anyone. There are issues with minor delays but Snatcher makes a plan for it's customers. Please be patient, as shipping from foreign countries is a bit hectic but there are good rewards.”

“The Worst Online Company, Do Not Attempt To Do Business With Snatcher, I Ordered A Air Fryer Mid January Of Which They Delivered The Wrong Colour Of Which Seems To Be The Norm According To Other Buyers, To Me It Was Unacceptable And Returned The Unit For Delivery Of The White Unit. Even Though The Website Was Advertising White Air Fryers They Kept Informing Me That There Were None Even On A One Day Advertised Special Options Of Colours Were Given And Not Fulfilled. During This Time Of Them Trying To Source A White Unit Through The Supplier I Received Another Black Unit Unaware To The Consultant Assisting Me on The Matter, On The 14th April I Returned The Unit And Requested A Refund Which I Was Promised Within 7 Working Days, As Of Same Date This Is The Response Received After Inquiring On The Refund (We do have a backlog of refunds as a result of us not having stock to fulfil orders). What More Can One Say On Such Shocking Service!!!”
