Initially I thought snatcher is a scam because these was no communication for 3 days after placing my order. Surprisingly, I received the update on the 4th day regarding my order. I was delivered today I am so excited shame,😂👌”
“Very bad company. I ordered 3 oversized hoodies. 1 Kiddies and 2 adults. Order was completely wrong. The Kiddies unicorn pink one came as a space blacket (NOT hoodie). The purple adult one came as a Kiddies one. The grey star one came as a space blue/grey one. I used payjustnow and I'm on the point of canceling my last payment. I've send Snatcher and Payjustnow emails. Waiting on their reply. 1st time ordering and will never again.”
“IV ordered a Nebulizer and a clothes dryer, to my surprise a shoe dryer and Nebulizer are delivered. I'm so furious because I checked reviews after ordering as it's not my 1st time ordering from snatcher. I never had any problems before. “I bought a blender and a spinning mop both of these are not working. I reported same immediately and now its over a month still they have not collected their faulty products. They have been promising every time i follow up that they collecting the next day. I offered to send the stuff back myself as I just want my refund now they told me they are busy changing Wearhouse. This company has a long history of malpractice and disregard for basic consumer rights.
It's shocking that Snatcher has not yet had their trading license revoked and is being allowed to continue operating in SA.
Please do not fall victim to this deceitful and fraudulent company as I and many others have.
If it's already too late and you have any ongoing issues with Snatcher that you would like to pursue please consider referring the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) for resolution. This service is free and can be very helpful.
Hopefully with enough push back Snatcher can be shut down and the people responsible charged accordingly.”
