“Had R270K scammed from me , fortunately not a great loss but a lesson learnt. Would definitely advise to avoid at all costs .

“Order paid for July 05 on July 19 still no delivery or tracking despatch details, i contacted snatcher by mail and received a reply stating that past of the order was not yet avaialble no other explanation!!!!

“My order was initiated on 06/07/2023. There are no customer friendly means of contacting the company and I could not trace the whereabouts of my order because Snatcher has none. You just hope Snatcher is not a Scam and you wait and pray to God that your order is delivered. After 6 days from initiating the order I still don't know what is happening with my order.”

“DO NOT order from Snatcher!!! Two weeks of waiting on my order only to hear it is "out of stock they will provide store credit". I told them I wanted a refund upon which they requested my banking details and I have been given the run around ever since!!! No telephone number to contact them on "due to the nature of their business" and emails are just auto replies saying they will respond in 7 to 10 working days!!! These guys are scammers and thieves!”

They sent me a email saying they received my cash and I should put the item I bought in the basket and opt for BANK DEPOSIT,So they could link my order with money i paid.
Now they don't even answer emails.
The service is just the poorest I've experienced EVER and ITS no exaggeration.

The telephone number on the website is not active anymore, they also do not have an email address.

“Ordered a phone for my son's birthday gift. After delays in delivery, the parcel finally arrived. It was however disappointing that in less than a week, the phone kept freezing couldn't make calls, just stopped working. I sent an email to which I got a response, courier came to collect the phone to be inspected. Then a week later I was told that it is indeed defective, asked to provide my banking details which I did but ever since I've been getting the runaround. 3 weeks later still no refund and no effort from snatcher to explain the delay. THEY ARE REAL FRAUDSTERS!!!!!”
