“It's more that 10 working days since I placed my order and the status is on " order in progress". When you call the contact number on their website ,it says the nature of their business does not allow them to have incoming calls. Like what the hell is that? You send emails with no response. I'm really disappointed in snatcher,it starting to give me scammers vibe”

“I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite P610 / P615 Stylus Pen without Bluetooth that was compatible with the Samsung S6 Lite tablet in May 2023 (#276611) and it stopped working a few months later. I then ordered a second one in March 2024 (Order #369132) which stopped working by early May 2024.
On 9 May 2024 I wrote to Snatcher as follows: As of today, in less than 2 months, the stylus is no longer working. It was working fine this morning, then suddenly stopped working. Please would you replace the faulty stylus with a new one and advise how we go about this..
on 10 May Snatcher asked me to "elaborate on the fault of the items". I reiterated that it was not working, and attached photos of the item. On 14 May I received an email telling me the matter had been escalated. On 21 May I had heard nothing, so wrote back asking for concrete information vs vague promises. On 22 May Snatcher asked if they could collect the item. The collection never materialised. On 27 May I received an item that looked like the tip of a stylus! I wrote back immediately asking what I was supposed to do with it.
On 30 May I received further promises of escalation. Since then I have heard nothing. I was forced to buy another stylus in order to do my job (I use my tablet for medical notes).
I keep getting apologies and reassurances from the poor gut in the firing line, but nothing ever gets resolved. As I have forked out for another, different, stylus I would like a refund of R354 from Snatcher.”

“I ignored the bad reviews about this company and gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking that so long as they delivered my product I'd be okay. Big mistake!
I needed to return a KVM switch I bought because it didn't work with my setup. Each time I tried to arrange for the return I had to be the one to contact customer support. They are not proactive at all. I've been waiting for the last 14 business days for a refund they said would be processed in 7 - 10 business days. Nothing! When you follow up, they say they are sorry and will process it ASAP. No date no commitment...nothing.
It feels scammy or they are in financial trouble because with all the complaints people have I doubt they are financially viable as a business. The best thing to do is STAY AWAY. I hope this saves someone from the pain I'm going through.”
“Snatcher stated that they had the items I ordered in stock, via e-mail & telephonic call with an agent only for them on the day of delivery tell me that the items weren't in stock. They proceeded to state I should expect a refund in the space of 10 days. Mind you I made payment on 26 April 2024 & it is now Mid June 2024. Every time I make an inquiry as to where is my refund I am assured it has been referred to their finance department & that it will be sent. But for over 6 weeks? They've failed to refund an amount of a mere R627.00? What a joke. Worse I was a first-time client who is unemployed and needed what was ordered for my small upcoming business venture. Disappointed is the least I feel. I am more disappointed in myself for giving them the benefit of the doubt & ignoring all the negative remarks left online hoping that such dismal customer service wouldn't be imparted unto me but I was very wrong.”

“Disgusting setup - stay FAR, FAR away!
They sent my item with parts mussing (which took FOR EVER to be delivered, and after complaining they hide behind their terms and conditions). I was advised to send the goods back, after which there was radio silence. After following up I was told that they were waiting for a reply from the supplier. Again I had to follow up, after which Iw as promised a refund within 7 - 10 working days. 10 days later, nothing. Again I follow up and am now being told that "the refund will be processed asap". Stay far, far away from this setup away.”
