I cancelled the order on the website. they proceeded to process the order. when eventually i spoke to a guy there he told me sorry its shipped. sick thing is i wanted to upgrade the product to the full product not just a spare. still not received a refund. Banking details were requested and supplied, that was on the 4th of May, today as I write its the 9th of July, I am still waiting for my refund. Reason given is there is a backlog on refunds. They told me I m responsible for the return and gave me the Adress and courier I mast use.

I placed order on 29 May no change in order status after 10 working days decided to cancel and ask for refund which was due within 10working days 28 June. Today its the 3rd July and they are no longer responding to my emails they keep apologising none stop and will keep ruining their socials”

“I bought a chair for the office, which firstly was delivered in a broken box held together with duct tape. The chair was assembled and worked for a few days until it sagged down, meaning the hydrolics of the chair gave in. After just a few days, i contacted snather, they asked for pics of the chair which was sent as well as a video but to date they have not offered to replace....I need to ask to buy a broken chair, I paid for a new chair!!! “It's more that 10 working days since I placed my order and the status is on " order in progress". When you call the contact number on their website ,it says the nature of their business does not allow them to have incoming calls. Like what the hell is that? You send emails with no response. I'm really disappointed in snatcher,it starting to give me scammers vibe”
