This company has a long history of malpractice and disregard for basic consumer rights.
It's shocking that Snatcher has not yet had their trading license revoked and is being allowed to continue operating in SA.
Please do not fall victim to this deceitful and fraudulent company as I and many others have.
If it's already too late and you have any ongoing issues with Snatcher that you would like to pursue please consider referring the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) for resolution. This service is free and can be very helpful.
Hopefully with enough push back Snatcher can be shut down and the people responsible charged accordingly.”

I cancelled the order on the website. they proceeded to process the order. when eventually i spoke to a guy there he told me sorry its shipped. sick thing is i wanted to upgrade the product to the full product not just a spare. still not received a refund. Banking details were requested and supplied, that was on the 4th of May, today as I write its the 9th of July, I am still waiting for my refund. Reason given is there is a backlog on refunds. They told me I m responsible for the return and gave me the Adress and courier I mast use.

“I am still waiting for my delivery. When querying this they say it is with the Courier Company. On phoning the courier, they say they have not received it as yet. One cannot phone Snatcher as they don't take call.
I will never buy from them again - their service is shocking!”
