“I ordered a hover board on 16 March 2024. My 6 year old used it 3 times & was defective. Returned it. Was told 7 - 10 days for refund. It’s been a month & I have been told countless times that it’s been escalated to accounts. I don’t want escalations, I want payments!!!
My consumer rights are being violated here & you are busy earning daily interest on money that should be paid out!! Your unethical business practices is terrible!! I have reported you to the Ombudsman.

No contact details as it only directs you to the email address. They even had the audacity to send me an email to review the product. I mean really. They are scamming people.”

“Snatcher doesn't care about it's customers. I checked out my cart on the 4th. Till today I'm still waiting for my refund because it didn't register that i jave checked out. Proof of payment sent and the promised to pay me within 48hrs. Now they don't take calls.E-mail is tge only means of communication and they do not respond. I think we have to contact ombudsmen .”
“Snatcher doesn't deserve even the one star, they sold me a bag that was not available from the supplier so I never got that bag, they said to have processed my refund from the 17th of April, today is the 23rd of May and my refund hasn't been done yet, they have fugue responses and not taking any accountability, they even lied to me and said they will process my refund in 48hours and that was the 10th of May, I hate the treatment I'm getting from Snatcher, I have emails to prove this bad treatment”
“Placed an order on 29/04/2024. Immediately after authorizing the online payment, their system/site reported that my payment had been unsuccessful. I then logged in onto my online banking profile to request for the payment reversal. While i was still waiting for the bank to process my request, Snatcher kept on sending me email reminders to complete my purchase
(meaning they wanted me to pay again for the same items that I had already paid for. I responded to one of tbeir emails to tell them maybe I'll order again after receiving a refund of the first payment that I've already made but which their system didn't recognize. They Immediately responded with an email promising that the matter was going to be looked into and addressed in 48hours. Until today, I am still waiting. I've sent them an email to remind them that the promised 48hrs has long passed but I haven't seen my refund, and they haven't responded. I'll only be pursuing the matter with the bank now, because clearly no refund will ever come from Snatcher.”
“I placed my order and paid on the 1st March 2024.
After a lot of delays from Snatcher (which I only found out were happening because I emailed them several times to find out why my order had not been delivered after 15 working days), I was told the item was out of stock.
The item they said they could replace it with was not suitable because I needed the thing to have wheels, which their replacement offer did not have.
They told me they would refund my money - I have not heard a word from them since, nor have I receied a refund.
This company is fraudulent.”

“Very disappointing company to deal with. I ordered and paid for a BMX bicycle on 21 April and did not receive any feedback from the company. I had to email the company and received response to say I will receive it at end of 10 may. Nothing happened. I emailed on Monday at 11 the 13 of May only to receive that they unable to get the bike. If I want a store credit or refund. Don't deal with this useless company. Only empty promises. In fact they should receive a zero star.”
