“Bought couple items from Snatcher only to have about 12 of these items missing from my delivery, I been fighting with back and forth email without any solution, the agent Linda is arrogant on the mail and there's absolutely no customer care. I wouldn't recommend this online shop to anyone. Terrible experience!”

“I am afraid this is a bad review about Snatcher.
In a nutshell: extremely poor service - no refund when is due - extremely poor guarantee.
2 Episodes:
1) Ordered and paid for 2 items. Delivered only one (second one out of stock). Snatcher offered me a credit voucher, which I did not want (I shall never use it). I requested to get refunded on the Credit Card I had used to buy the product: cannot be done. I then requested to have my money credited into my bank account by EFT: request ignored several times. Just no answer. Very bad.
2) Electronic product of poor quality. It worked as expected for just 2 weeks. Then dead. Requested to Snatcher: repair/replace/refund. The answer, after requesting lot of details and photos about the problem: we shall contact supplier and get back within 48 hours. Never got back to me, in spite of many requests.
Conclusion: unprofessional, poorest service, careful to what product you buy, careful with guarantee issues.

“I received a refund of R212.69 on 25 January, a shortfall of R90. (After countless emails I phoned and spoke to a nice gentleman). I phoned again on 25 January to ask for the rest of the refund and he said it will be done within the same week. It is now 28 February. I phoned again but now only music plays on the Snatcher phone nr, telling me I am nr 4 in line, then 3 then two then one - then 4 again, then 4 again so I put the phone down after about 20 minutes. I PAID for the item but did not receive it.
The email apologized and asked me to inform Snatcher if I prefer a voucher or refund. I immediately replied that I prefer a refund

On 4 December 2023 I received an email from Snatcher informing me that the 1 × Biltong Knife value R63 was out of stock.
I PAID for the item but did not receive it.
The email apologized and asked me to inform Snatcher if I prefer a voucher or refund. I immediately replied that I prefer a refund
7 December 2023 I was asked per email to provide proof of banking details which I did.
7 December 2023 I received this reply.

It is now 20 January 2024, 6 weeks after I have provided my banking details for a refund.
I started shopping more and more with Snatcher instead of Takealot but this experience will make me think twice before shopping with Snatcher again.”

They do false advertising to scam customers and you have to wait forever to get your refund and you'll be lucky to get it. Never buy from Snatcher as they advertise what they dont have only to cancel your order after you have paid and you have to wait patiently for your refund whilst they use your money to pay those on top of the refunds waiting list. Never buy from them lest you become a victim of their scheme. Snatcher and their staff are day light robbers.”
“My mum ordered a white airfryer from Snatcher, assuming that it's a reputable company. A black airfryer was delivered instead. My mum returned the product and requested a refund, as Snatcher did not have the colour she wanted. It is almost 2 months and she still hasn't received her refund, despite numerous emails sent to the customer care department.”
