“I visited Specsavers Torquay at their Union Street Branch today for my 2 year eyesight check-up. I also had the OCT test. I was seen very quickly firstly for the OCT test then by Aston Harvey, whom I have not seen before. I have been for many years a customer of Specsavers and have always been completely satisfied with all the staff and opticians I've had appointments with. Aston Harvey was 100% professional and I would thoroughly recommend him, not only was he thorough but explained everything I asked about the OCT test, particularly as I was interested at the information on screen. He is a young chap and a credit to Specsavers and will go far in his career. Even better, after 2 years I was pleasantly surprised that my eyesight had not changed from previous check-ups so did not necessitate the expense of new glasses.”

Quick service, it was a very clean store, associate was happy, friendly, professional explained everything clearly. Because of hiden disability told her I couldn't hear or understand as fast as she was talking she was great and slowed down. Was happy and didn't roll eyes occasionally that happens. She answered questions with confidence and helped me come to a decision of all the choice of lends etc. She was excellent!! We had fun while helping me pick my frames.
Picking up glasses:
Prompt and happy associate, proffessional, fitted and adjusted my glasses. They fit perfectly and tri focals were amazing, i didnt hace an adjustment period, transition between the tri lenses were unnoticeable. I been wearing glasses since I was 5 im 62. So I think these are the best fit after the first adjustment I've had for about 12 years. I will highly recommend specsavers. At this date was amazed for my choices of lens options and perscription, and sale was the best price in Penticton. Thank you”

“I've worn glasses for over 20 years and decided to give contacts a try, I attended the Bishop Auckland branch on Moday June 24th and was placed in the very capable care of Joan, to took her time, had planty of patience, answered all my questions and explained everything in needed to know to me. Nothing was an issue and she guided me with a very calming voice on how to apply and remove the contacts, it took me a few attempts, but Joan was an absolute superstar and her guidance and encouragement enabled me to quickly get to grips with a totally new task to me.
