“Really disappointed with today's order. Received email to say half of my order was out of stock. I promptly tried to cancel the order stating that I would reorder when items were back in stock. But I don’t get any answer, and I get half of orde, but they take money for all that stuff... still waiting for any answer....”

“Very quick to deliver ,got it next day ,had to get a refund and got that quick too .happy with the service , paid £8 second class postage to send two pairs of trainers back but the refund and delivery were so fast so that don’t really matter.”

“Interesting to be asked to write a review of a product I have never received. Hermes has kindly ‘claimed’ to deliver but oops they forgot the delivery bit. Strangely they forgot to leave a GPS check in or a photo of delivery, hmm wander why! After 3 days of messaging on every channel Lucy from Sports Direct customer service kindly responded on Twitter, very polite and helpful and sent me a dispute of delivery form. Completed and now I just have to wait! Pretty poor as it shouldn’t take so long to resolve. In the meantime my mum, who I haven’t seen since the beginning of December due to lockdown laws doesn’t get a birthday present! Thanks Sports Direct great customer service!!”

“Quick enough to take payment out of back havent received good s after seven day contact costumer service several time no joy they say was delivered on 14 Feb but we was in no card left and there was no delivered we check with are cctv await response or refund”

“I have not received my item. I have sent customer services multiple emails that hermes did not deliver my item next day and requested a new one to be sent. There are no further updates from hermes and no response since the start of the week from sports direct apart from a £3 next day delivery refund. I needed the items for the wet half term so requested a new delivery but this can't happen until the item is 'lost'. I'm figuring it's lost now as its been a week since my order and nothings arrived. Nor have I had any further response from my emails from cs. I have however received over 10 marketing emails... one asking if I'm ready for the wet weather...well my daughters would have been if you'd gave kindly sent a replacement in time for half term...oh wait...too late! Very disappointed!”
