“Delivery didn’t arrive next day as was paid for. Returned items as one was faulty and the other too small. One was refunded and one to be exchanged. Could not exchange as out of stock, so I asked for a refund as I ordered them separately as another order. But the refund has not been processed and still hasn’t. Very bad customer service.... will never purchase from you again”

“I ordered on early Saturday morning & paid extra for next day delivery so obviously I needed my boots but my boots didn't show up til the following day, Monday afternoon! Apart from that my boots are very comfortable!”

“Not pleased with the Muddy Fox cycle Jacket, ordered my Size, XXL, but it was a tight fit, so returned it, on receipt of the replacement XXXL its still a tight fit”

“Received order, item missing - issue was dealt with within 48 hours and informed that the missing item would be sent to me, that was 4 days ago.... no further contact from SD to inform me of update / progress etc...”

“Made purchase on Thursday morning, paid for the next day delivery as needed this just from Saturday morning but item wasn't dispatched on time, so received it just Monday afternoon. Don't need this item at all now as bought it for purpose only to use on Saturday, but haven't receive it on Friday... Pure service! Never again!”

“Good quality fabric although the letters on the shorts aren’t connected but that isn’t an issue & sizing, which is a small problem. I chose XS(8) which I thought would be the right size but it was rlly tight so I exchanged for a S(10). I received them today, they’re a lot looser and fit better. So measure before getting them.”

“I was impressed with the speed at which ONE of my items was dispatched and received. However this was an “add on” item which I would not have bought on its own but after ordering 2 pairs of joggers the next day I was informed these were not in stock. I was unable to cancel the whole order. I could still go to the website that day and “ order” these items. Other retailers are able to inform you straight away if items are not in stock. I will not order from here again as I do not want to pay multiple delivery costs.”

“Great service but delivery driver not so good just dropped the parcel and left didn't stay to make sure I was in and left parcel on front door step where people could walk by and pick it up. It's a good job I have a good friend that could come and collect it.”

“All boxes came in one large bag. I intend to keep my quite expensive shoes in their boxes when not worn but two of them were crushed in at the sides. I had to get more to keep them in so they are not in the original boxes. However they did come in good time and were quite a good deal.”

“My first order. Ordered the shirt I really wanted and as postage was £4.99 added in another couple of other items which I would not normally have bothered ordering. Item I really wanted was later cancelled by Sports Direct and though I did receive other items postage still £4.99 so cost of remaining items increased and enquiry to customer service (only available by email) went unanswered. Very disappointing”

“I have still not got my parcel it shows in transit, the tracking says will be delivered in next working day but it’s been a weeks still have not got it. Waste of my time and money”
