“Order placed 7/2/21. Told 5-7 days delivery. 19/2/21 and still waiting. Partners birthday today so she is gutted and I am not best pleased.”

“Tried to add trainers to an order and was advised this can’t be done, tried to ensure I wouldn’t pay 2 delivery charges if I order seperate, was told this couldn’t be done. Tried to return item advised I would need to cover costs for return. Received a 10% discount for the inconvenience and item came damaged. Too much hassle to sort a return.”

“After taking the order items out of stock plus sent me wrong size then Sent me hermes label through email it was a hassle for me to go hermes shop to send back. So unhappy with the service if items are out of stock then why should i pay postage fee?”

“Good Afternoon, I ordered a safety shoes pair because I needed urgently for work. But due to delay I have purchased other one and want to return it for refund. Despite my many of the emails sports direct have not responded me. Lacking trust that if I would buy more things and incase if return of any product will not be returned by sports direct. Not satisfied by policy of return of things.”

“okay but they forgot right foot shoelace i wish i can take pic but cams broke on this phone. im a chef and i can spot elements missing/ not needed in a busy environment within 10 secs before plates are sent before laying up next within the minuet but they cant seem to notice the lace is missing. i mean i don't mean to be harsh mistakes can happen but the way i work and the pressure im under compared to delivery service on lockdown is no excuse for me. i mean other than the shoe itself the lace is the second most main thing distributing the product for these guys. luckily i had a lace on hand but left with odd laces!”

“No problems here, good quality items and arrived promptly but the only thing I would like to say is it would be nice to have free delivery and returns as I think those costs are what put a lot of People off of shopping for clothes/shoes online and there seems to be so much variation in the size of sizes these days it's inevitable that You are going to order something that doesn't fit properly.”

“Fast shipping Good quality goods Fair competive pricing One negative is we purchased two of the same jogging bottoms but one in blue and other in black. Both same size and labelled same size' but the black ones came up much smaller and didn't fit! To expensive to post back so Hey stuck with a pair that are no good.”

“The delivery by Hermes was horrible. The left the parcel unattended in the lobby of the building (which is forbiden and there are massive signs saying so). They didnt even ring to the interphone”

“I am upset that I ordered 2 pairs of pants that were on offer when bought together. However I was emailed immediately after purchase to say that one pair was out of stock. I have then not been able to access my offer. Absolute rip off.”

“The worst service possible! I ordered a pair of Reebok with express delivery that I paid for it and I received a pair of trainers NO Reebok, in different size that I ordered and one day late. I’m still waiting to receive the right ones and have my money from the delivery back”
