“Missing an item, customer service not helpful at all in resolving. Asked me to send photos of the package but I have already discarded the box and packaging and washed the items of clothing. Unreliable.”

“Unfortunately I was not given a refund for a return. Due to Covid restrictions and working on the frontline as a nurse I was not able to return and exchange my goods within the 28days. I did include reason why. Poor service as a lot of retailers extended the returns date”

“Suitcase is alright, good quality for the price, first flight will be tomorrow so hopefully everything holds up as expected. Service however...not so great, yhe delivery in particular. The company simply sent message for the period they will be delivering just about the time they droppped it off....and left the suitcase in front of our door without trying to contact us in advance..so package was visible and anyone passing by could pick it up..”

“Waiting to hear about sending a pair of size 5 boots back reordered 7s Recieved . Hermes never turned up. I've still got size 5 here, now I'm down the price of the 2nd pair of boots and down postage I'll have to spend tomorrow”
