“I just bought three times on website, never had a problem until today. I received my shoes with the wrong colour. I chose for grey and white, and then I opened the box it’s sand/white. The label in the box correspond as a grey, but the content doesn’t match. I'm not happy with the purchase, the pre paid label didn't come to return. This was a birthday gift for my husband, who unfortunately I will not be able to change it in time. It only shows how much the employees do not check deliveries before dispatching. Disappointed.”

“After paying for next day delivery before the allocated time, I was disappointed that they were delayed. A free next day delivery code isn’t that useful to me as I rarely buy online. The quality of the shoes was good and it was a good price.”

“I was sent the incorrect sized shoe. Matter was resolved with speed and I was very happy with the outcome. Although offered a free returns label I decided to keep the larger size and reorder the correct. I was given a 10% discount code and free next day delivery.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of trainers & after a week of the delivery company telling me the package would be delivered in 24 hours I contact u as per their T&Cs. You told me 2 contact them. But I replied 4 an answer from u & after over 2 weeks I was told they lost the package. I tried 2 reorder but u r out of stock of both pairs so eventually I was given a gift card. Not much use as your stores r not open & not going through this procudure again. I need them as mine r failing apart so thanks 4 nothing”

“Dreadful experience. Ordered trainers, they sent the wrong ones. Returned them expecting to be sent the correct ones, but no, they canceĺed the order! So desparate due to lockdown and requiring new trainers I reordered, they arrived the next day (wow) I only paid for standard delivery. My pleasure and surprise was short lived, they had mad the same mistake again, wrong style trainers. Customer services were quite helpful, this time arranging collection from home ( which was a day later than they arranged...but that was not their fault !) I still haven't recieved a proper pair of trainers tho I am sure they are on their way and maybe they will be the correct ones.....but I won't hold my breath. It has only been three weeks, so far!”
