“Brilliant service, so pleased with my new puffa coat, needed a new thick coat for this cold weather, got it half price as well, if I wasn't desperate for my coat I wouldn't of payed for next day delivery, would use again,”

“absolute nightmare and still don't have mt trainers ordered a UK six got a 4.5 sent them back at my expense sent new trainers in a UK 6 box but a 5.5 now im still waiting on the right obes”

“Worse customer service ever experienced. The trainers I ordered were sent out twice and the wrong size received both times. When I received my items there were 3 items missing which I emailed to advise of and eventually got a reply via Twitter after days to advise they would refund me the money and I’m still waiting. Not good at all as I’m now constantly chasing daily for a refund”
