“Service has been shocking. I have not yet received the goods. An automated message from Sports Direct advised the parcel has been picked and packed and waiting on collection from the courier. Hermes tracking tool advised some days earlier they had the parcel an a major event was slowing them down. This was a week ago and I have heard nothing more from either party. Terrible customer service.”

“I ordered a pair of trainers as a present they didn't fit so I sent it back asking for a different size and different brand. I was sent back the same trainers I didn't want in a different size, so I had to pay again for the postage of return. I was now told that if there is a price difference I was unable to exchange which was not stated anywhere on return from but doesn't make any sense as I'm getting a credit note for the refund.”

“The reason I have scored it so low is because I have not received my order yet although I now the courier pick it up.I have not heard a dicky bird from.HERMES yet. They are absolutely useless and it is about time that a company as big as SPORTS DIRECT stopped using them as a option for your delivery service because they are absolutely RUBBISH from a very angry customer”

“Slightly disappointed. I had ordered a Nike Club fleece hoody among other things that was displayed as grey in the product image but when it arrived the item was blue. Upon revisiting the website I noticed that the items colour code is marked as blue although the picture displayed on the page was grey.”

“Ordered two ski suits. And paid for next day delivery (£10) one suit got cancelled. So ordered another style had to pay for delivery on this item again despite it being the same day of order. Wrong size arrived and there is a charge for returns!”

“Wasn’t overly impressed to be honest... added 3 items to our basket and paid, the get an email saying 1 item was cancelled!!! Should of been told at checkout that the item was not available not after. And you have to pay to return items, no thanks won’t be using this site again.”

“Paid for next day delivery but it didn't come the next day or the day after. Contacted customer service who just told me that sometimes things go wrong....? Unfortunately can't get what I ordered since I had to leave the city on the third day, which is when it got delivered. They just told me once it's delivered it's not their responsibility. They offered free standard shipping and 10% off of something to do with my next order but obviously I'm less likely to buy from them again since they didn't fulfill my current order. Very bizarrely not offered a refund for the next day shipping they failed to deliver on. Extremely strange experience to pay for something and not get what I paid for and then to not be offered a refund just boggles the mind. Hoping I won't be their customer again unless they adopt more common sense into their business plan.”
