“Always on time good value butshould check goods before sending out ordered size 10 for my husband 10 was on the box but a size 11inside luckily they was ok ,but please check in future.”

“I ordered two items of running gear. One item was unavailable then incorrect second item sent. When asked about when I would receive the correct item, I was told that I would get it when I return the wrongly sent item. I feel that it is very unfair that my order should be held to ransom when the mistake was not mine. I told customer services that I would return the item when I was able (and in a way that did not violate the lockdown) but I was not given a reply.”

“Unfortunately the shoes I received were the wrong size, the returns process online wasn’t particularly user friendly. I dropped them off at the post office yesterday, paid £11 for the return post - hope I get that back, though I don’t know how!!”
