“Ordered item - tried to cancel after less than 20 mins. Was told it couldn't be done, so I had to pay for the postage out and postage back. If Amazon can cancel it then there's no reason SD can't, other than making money out of the postage. I won't use this company again even if I have to pay more elsewhere. It's not worth it.”

“I ordered dumbells one day to exercise during the covid lockdown and got no indication of delivery. Then one day after work i found a box at my front door, this was the dumbells and I was very excited. However they were damaged with a crack on the handle of 1 dumbells and peeling paint on the weights. I reported to customer service to which they responded that there 'arnt' (customer service woman Tanya with that spelling) another option except a collection between Monday to Friday which I work as a key worker. Honestly it was fine up to the email that they 'arnt' other options. Do better sports direct, not all of us can be at the house all day on a weekday to fix a delivery of a faulty product.”

“Ordered delivered to wrong address. Immediately notified Sports Direct but part of order refunded without contacting me. I then had to dispute the rest of the refund with PayPal. Had Sports Direct contacted me I would ha e Continued with the full order to the correct address!”

“It is probably to early to write a review since the goods are not due to arrive until next week. Since there is a fairly large SportsDirect store in Iceland I find it strange that what you order online has to come with FedEx from the UK. Apart from the FedEx economy shipment being slow and expensive there will be customs charges on top of everything. You can not see when you order that your order is coming from abroad, even the currency is ISK, Icelandic Krona.”

“Delivery was expensive at £7.99 for next day delivery but it did arrive on time. Don't know why I also received a pair of boots which had been booked and paid for on Amazon. The service from this supplier was disgusting and I am assuming that they purchased from Sports Direct because they couldn't fulfil the original order placed on 3 February.”
