“All shoes come nicely packaged and good delivery time. My free gift (a mug) was broken though which was a shame.”

“cheapest and worst company ever. unless you’re sure that you’re 100% not returning an item don’t bother because delivery is £5 and i had to pay for my own return which is £10”

“Ik heb een bestelling gedaan voor schoenen van maat 47 en ik krijg toegestuurd maat 48 . Wel hebben zij op de schoendoos die de maat van 48 had, zelf overplakt met de maat van 47. Dit vind ik wel beneden alle peil, en bedrog.”

“My package came all ripped as if it had already been opened, the item was just shoved inside the bag with the zip down with no tags and not packaged properly. I have emailed customer services about this 4 days ago and have not yet received any form of communication. Poor and very disappointed.”

“Payed £7.99 for next day delivery and it took three days to arrive. Have yet to get any response from anyone in customer services regarding a refund for the delivery cost. Overall, very disappointed with the customer service I have received.”
