“Payed £7.99 for next day delivery and it took three days to arrive. Have yet to get any response from anyone in customer services regarding a refund for the delivery cost. Overall, very disappointed with the customer service I have received.”

“I have ordered an item and one of which hasn’t been delivered and the communication has been poor as I am often left waiting days before a response of which it seems we are going in circles although the other items which have arrived I am happy with.”

“I ordered on the 5/4/21 and still not received, reported on the 8/4/21 and still no answer despite a case acknowledgment. My order is apparently at the regional Hermes hub, but despite message them and sports direct I’ve had no answer”

“I ordered something and payed for next day delivery, only to have to chase you when it was already 2 days late, and then be told that the item wasn't going to be delivered ansd you were just going to refund me without offering any alternative. I.e. getting me a replacement order sent out next day as I clearly had paid for the express shipping as I needed the product quite urgently.”
