“I didn't receive any emails to say it had been dispatched and therefore did not receive any football boots. There has been no money taken. If it was cancelled then an email would be ok. I tried the contact us but that was no help.”

“Ordered sandals at a reduced price. I paid for standard delivery and they came next day. They were so comfortable I ordered a second pair, which also came next day. Wonderful service.”

“Did order 2 pairs of trainers for my 4 years old son. Both pairs are very nice. As nice as on the pictures and as described. He finds them comfortable which is great. Very quick service which I very much appreciate. Did order on Wednesday and received on Friday. Lovely, thank you.”

“Absolutely abysmal service ..... took 4 pairs of trainers ...... eventually spoke to 2 managers on 2 separate occasions........after daily emails for a week.... all I wanted was a pair of C6 trainers kept getting c6 box with c7 trainers in .... the 2nd manager explained you (the company) change sizes ....... ridiculous... I ordered by following your size guide ..... and the fact u can’t actually speak to anyone directly when u have a problem took over a month to get sorted”

“Completely untrustworthy and break consumer law. Still waiting for the product despite requesting cancellation within the 14 day cooling off period stipulated by law. They refuse to cancel. Still haven't received the goods despite receiving a dispatch notification. No tracking available despite receiving a tracking link.”

“Quality price and models are very good but shipping charges are bit high. Like Amazon if shipping and returns r free from some cost its fabulous. Paying to shipping comes to same price were with other online shopping.”
