“I ordered few things and had to wait 2 days at home for the delivery. Shoes sizes are different than in a chart. Shoes came way too big. Both pairs from different brands. And returns costs . I had to pay a return post myself by royal mail and even due to lock down i had 7 days to return an item and couldn't wait for shops to be open. Just playing with a customers i think to avoid returns. Such a big shop should have better service. I will not order from here again”

“My order was incorrect but was told the small print says items may differ so that I have to except grey socks when I ordered black !! And then two different types of white socks when I wanted all the same. But hopefully the trainers will be ok as a present for my son. The last two pairs of trainers my husband bought have fallen apart very quickly, so don’t think we will be shopping with you much after this service.”

“I bought two items from SD, and no less than half an hour later I was reminded that I didn’t need the items I had bought. Immediately emailed SD to cancel my order however I was met with a *lie* email saying my order had been processed already. I know this was a lie as the next day (more than 24 hours after reviving an email from one of their team) I received an automated email saying “your order has just been processed and should be delivered in X amount of days”. This is so not good enough and they could have cancelled my order when I first emailed them. Not only this but to send items back you have to pay for postage (£3) despite this being partly their fault. This means my refunded total for the items is not even worth it. I’m so incredibly disappointed with them lying to me about my order being processed and so displeased with their refund policy where the customer has to pay for postage. While this shop is cheap and you get an ugly mug delivered with your items, you’re probably better off shopping for sports clothes at your local supermarket. I won’t be shopping here again.”
