“after a long delay when my package finally said that it was with the courrier the tracking information stated that it had been returned to sender. Still have not received my package and no communication from Sports Direct. Very poor service”

“It’s not necessarily Sports Direct that is the issue but Hérmes. I think that their delivery is unreliable as I have still not received my package.”

“I didn't receive any emails to say it had been dispatched and therefore did not receive any football boots. There has been no money taken. If it was cancelled then an email would be ok. I tried the contact us but that was no help.”

“Did order 2 pairs of trainers for my 4 years old son. Both pairs are very nice. As nice as on the pictures and as described. He finds them comfortable which is great. Very quick service which I very much appreciate. Did order on Wednesday and received on Friday. Lovely, thank you.”
