“I bought two items from SD, and no less than half an hour later I was reminded that I didn’t need the items I had bought. Immediately emailed SD to cancel my order however I was met with a *lie* email saying my order had been processed already. I know this was a lie as the next day (more than 24 hours after reviving an email from one of their team) I received an automated email saying “your order has just been processed and should be delivered in X amount of days”. This is so not good enough and they could have cancelled my order when I first emailed them. Not only this but to send items back you have to pay for postage (£3) despite this being partly their fault. This means my refunded total for the items is not even worth it. I’m so incredibly disappointed with them lying to me about my order being processed and so displeased with their refund policy where the customer has to pay for postage. While this shop is cheap and you get an ugly mug delivered with your items, you’re probably better off shopping for sports clothes at your local supermarket. I won’t be shopping here again.”

“Sports Direct is a marvelous sports shop that I've ever been too everything about it is amazing but I do feel they need to bring more brands to the shop like Ellesse and Fila and they could bring in some more football club accessories cause they are missing a few like Everton.”
