“You have taken my payment,that should have been taken but you have also taken another 9pounds . It is impossible just to find an email address to inform you . Hopefully this can be resolved. Thanks”

“Within my order was cycling shorts which were on offer if you bought 2 pairs. One pair arrived with the rest of the order but the other was sent separately (no problem other than the waste of packaging and inefficient delivery). When the second pair arrived, they were hanging out of the see through bag that they should have been presented in. Either someone had packed in a real rush and didn’t even manage to get the shorts in their bag, or this was a returned pair of shorts which didn’t get repacked. I suspect the latter. Doesn’t really matter because they fit and have labels on, but it just felt cheap and poor service. Also, I received a 3rd package, being the ginormous cup you insist on sending to everyone. In today’s world this is not environmentally friendly. Again wasted packaging and unnecessary delivery. But thanks for the free cup.”

“Ordered USA pro dumbbells from Sports Direct after the same order direct with USA Pro was cancelled and the prices increased. Good price although arrived with a cheaper price ticket on the dumbbells. Not perfect condition with minor cosmetic flaws - time will tell how these turn out but will certainly do the job. Delivery as advised.”

“I was expecting 3 kettlebells, I received 1, even though I paid for next day delivery for all 3. Where is the rest of my order? The 11 kettlebell I received arrived in a damaged box revelling the content. This is beyond annoying especially as it is now chipped. Your customer service is none-existent! This is the second order I have placed for kettlebells. The first order was a preorder. I was advised it had been sent to Hermes and was provided with tracking information. It was supposed to have been delivered on 6 April however at 8am I received notification of a refund from SD advising the carrier couldn’t deliver so a refund will be made within 5 days. You have had my payment since 13 March. Please contact me immediately to advise where my order is, the one I paid £7.99 for delivery today!”
