“Terrible service. Paid for next day delivery and 1 of the items I needed wasn't in the package. No customer service number only email and they have just told me the item is showing as scanned and packaged then closed the ticket without any resolution.”

“Still awaiting refund of a returned item ordered through you and returned to addidas as you advised!! Now you are disputing who should pay the refund!! You took the money so the contract is with you. 7 weeks later and daily emails still no refund. Shocking service you have £90 of mine and I have no goods”

“Your sizes bare no relationship to reality, i bought 2xl and 3xl items. Neither came anywhere near to reality. Same sizes every where else are completely different. Surprising seeing as your owner is a fat guy! Wont shop again with you.”
