“I was order shoes 7.5 size UK, but received 6.5 size UK. If be honest, Im not happy. And have payed additional 11 pounds to send it back. I want to order other shoes but I'm afraid that I will received incorrect size. Thank you for asking! Post worker left the shoes outside, but I was home. Only see the photo that I have an items.”

“Costs £7.99 for next day delivery, did not come next day it took 2 days, the track suit was gigantic so its going back, which is going to cost me postage, wont order again”

“I paid £7.99 for the next day delivery and I made sure that my order was well before 7 PM and still haven't received it the next day. Not good. I got in 2 days. What good is that when I needed the next day. My daughter was extremely disappointed. Not using sports direct again.”

“Don’t reply to the emails at all, takes ages for reply on social media as that’s the only way to speak to them, terrible customer service, paid for next day delivery but didn’t come then tried to fob me of and blame the courier, by other comments they get they seem to do it a lot, people pay for next day delivery but they never send it for next day delivery”

“Hi, I placed an order and paid for next day delivery which I didn't receive until I went to my local Hermes depot and collected it myself 4 days after I placed my order. I then emailed your customer service asking about my order and whether or not I will be given a refund on the next dfay delivery charge and I am yet to receive a response? can someone please come back to me or I will be left with no choice but to take this to the press.”

“I bought a tracksuit for my son but only the tracksuit top came,i emailed and they said wait longer.I waited then received an email saying i should have got the pants, but they still hadn’t come i was offered 40% back but i refused it as i had ordered the tracksuit as a set.”
