“I had a big spend on Sports Direct recently and none of it fitted me, all too big, so I had to return the whole order. I was horrified to read that I had to pay for my own returns, unfortunately I hadn’t read that before I ordered. I actually wrote to Sports Direct to see if I could return them via Hermes or to a store. They replied no to Hermes and only to a store for exchange or credit, no refunds. My order was £160 - I didn’t want either of those options so had to pay the postage £13+ the cheapest way. This is not acceptable in this day and age, practically everyone offers free returns now, specially as we can’t go to the shop. I won’t ever buy from Sports Direct again, not ever. I really think they need to look at their returns policy and come into line with almost all other retailers ☹️”

“I was order shoes 7.5 size UK, but received 6.5 size UK. If be honest, Im not happy. And have payed additional 11 pounds to send it back. I want to order other shoes but I'm afraid that I will received incorrect size. Thank you for asking! Post worker left the shoes outside, but I was home. Only see the photo that I have an items.”

“I paid £7.99 for the next day delivery and I made sure that my order was well before 7 PM and still haven't received it the next day. Not good. I got in 2 days. What good is that when I needed the next day. My daughter was extremely disappointed. Not using sports direct again.”
