“Terrible service. Paid for next day delivery and 1 of the items I needed wasn't in the package. No customer service number only email and they have just told me the item is showing as scanned and packaged then closed the ticket without any resolution.”

“Still awaiting refund of a returned item ordered through you and returned to addidas as you advised!! Now you are disputing who should pay the refund!! “Your sizes bare no relationship to reality, i bought 2xl and 3xl items. Neither came anywhere near to reality. Same sizes every where else are completely different. Surprising seeing as your owner is a fat guy! Wont shop again with you.”

“What a joke. Suppose to get my parcel last sunday as i paid £7.99 next day delivery. Never arrived i have emailed about 5 times about this and no reply. Rang about 10 times no answer. Rang hermes about this . To see wher my parcels are. Only to be charged £18 for phone call which i didn't even speak to any 1. Sports direct not got back to me with any emails and i wake up to this 1 this morning to write a review ???? Joke”
