“Totally rubbish. Order was confirmed. Money taken (despite their T’s and C’s saying this doesn’t happen til item despatched). Then had an email saying I had cancelled my order. Was refunded order costs but charged P&P when nothing was delivered. Had to contact twice to get P&P refunded.”

“Service and delivery fine. Just a shame product was miss sold in terms of size. I purchased a size 2 (football boots for my daughter) and they were very small (more like a size 1). I then had to return at my expenses having spent £4.99 on delivery. So now out of pocket and no football boots for my daughter. I really wanted to not give all money to Amazon and purposely went out of my way to use Sports Direct instead of Amazon, but not to my advantage sadly. Thanks. Dean”

“Wrong size Cost too much to balance postage to return. Cheeky move. Very bad and unproffesional. Website impossible to navigate. Trying to speak to some one a joke. I've finished with sports direct.”

“Very disappointed with PSG tracksuit i purchased for my grandson.. I ordered size 9-10 years but unfortunately it was far too small, the stitching was poorly finished off .. to me this item looked liked a copy.. so annoying as I have paid for delivery and I have to pay to send it back.. won’t be buying from this site again!!”

“My parcel hasn’t arrived, it’s stuck with Hermes. Very lethargic assistance in following up has been offered by sports direct. I paid for next day delivery over 7 days ago. I have heard nothing since. I need this matter resolved.”

“I was sent the wrong size trainer . I clearly ordered a size 10 but SD chose to send a size 7 anyway. Just to get the sale. Shocking but not too surprised - especially with SD reputation. I will never shop with SD again and advise everyone else not to either 😒”

“I order two items, trainers and a jacket. The trainers arrived in great conditions and were perfect. However, the jacket was not delivered. I tried to contact Hermes, the courier, but there was no way to get speak with anyone. The automatic reply said it had tried to deliver the jacket and we were not at home. It was a lie, were at home all the time, the proof is that the courier didn't leave a note. I dont know if I'm going to receive the jacket or not, or if my money will be returned or not. Very poor online service I'm afraid.”

“I am pleased with my purchase however sports direct over charged me for two delivery persons when in fact it was delivered by one man. I have tried several times to claim my refund but to no avail. Maybe this line of complaint may result in one !”

“To whom it may concern, I think this is the 2nd time I am writing this review. Sports Direct own me £20 that has not been refunded until now. In 2 of my orders, there were 2 items that were cancelled before delivery as the items were out of stock. No refund was made and no one contacted me to tell me what next. I am very disappointed that nothing has been done since March 11 2021. Please I need a solution. Order numbers: SD40000077628633 and SD40000077498989 Thank you for your consideration.”
