“They sent 2 pairs of size 8 sandals. One was correct but the other was 2 or 3 sizes smaller despite being marked as size 8. Sports Direct refused to send a replacement pair or recover the erroneously marked pair, expecting me to return the item at my own cost.”

“Terrible service. Paid for next day delivery and 1 of the items I needed wasn't in the package. No customer service number only email and they have just told me the item is showing as scanned and packaged then closed the ticket without any resolution.”
