“too many emails. The delivery shop denighed it had the parcel first attempt to pickup..they "found" the parcel on the second visit. The trainers ordered will be returned. Two are extremely narrow and one pair appears smaller than its size listed. Disappointed. Sadly if i visit Sports Direct they dont hold much if any stock in my size. I will need to shop elsewhere”

“Product received was the wrong product in the box had to wait for confirmation from warehouse before they'd accept return which took nearly 2 weeks before I got replacement and then the size 7 which we'd ordered where smaller than the size 7's we had already as an old pair. So now had to send back again and order a 71/2.”

“Faulty item, two front forks are bent resulting to the front wheel not being able to be put on. company are not responding to my emails. I am now £144 down. Atrocious customer service, AVOID!”

“Hi, After roaming your website to find my items that were listed as being in stock, I was surprised to receive an email informing me that 2 of my items are no longer available. I find this frustrating as technology is now sophisticated enough to provide real-time item availability information. my items were delivery over several days which was no efficient. i have ben sent an email telling my my money will be refund, but no date was provided as to when this will happen, and as I write this I have still not receive my refund. I would appreciate a response to this message - with a timeline for my refund. Regards, RR”
