“Nice prompt delivery of my Sketchers trainers, however it would have been good if they had removed the security tags from both pairs. Pain in the bum finding my wire cutters to remove them myself!”

“Ordered a single item over a week ago and despite paying for delivery 3-7 days the item has still not arrived. On Order Summary it still states 'waiting on courier pickup'. When I try to 'track order' it opens up a new tab saying Page Not Found. Have emailed to enquire but no response. Very poor service.”

“As soon as I placed the order I realised it was going to the wrong address and immediately asked them to cancel it as there is no options to cancel or update an order, which I think is crazy. I was told I can't change the order. This means I have an item at an old address which I will never be able to get or return making this a complete waste of money.”

“not happy about having to pay for returns. most companies nowadays are offering free pick up or returns. Especially at the moment when shops aren't open to go try different sizes.”

“Very unhappy that firstly one of the items that showed as being available turned out not to be. I ordered 2 items to justify the high postage cost. I requested free postage on a replacement item which was agreed, but the replacement jogging bottoms have plastic melted onto one of the legs and will need to be returned. What a hassle!”

“Ordered 10 balls from the football team that I coach at a cost of £66 and delivery of £7.99. Was told that there was 1 package to be delivered. Receive a small package only big enough to fit 1 ball in. Emailed Sports Direct as you can’t ring! They said they would investigate. I had to fill out a form. They are looking in to this issue which is clearly a picking issue as the code on the 1 ball is correct just been out on the wrong product. I have told Sports Direct that I want a refund as I don’t trust that they can send 9 more balls. What a joke.”
