“I paid £7.99 for next day delivery on 30/03/21 at just after 1800hrs, arranges for someone to come and fit the basketball net to the wall yesterday 01/04/21 and it still hasn’t arrived today 02/04/21”

“Hi, After roaming your website to find my items that were listed as being in stock, I was surprised to receive an email informing me that 2 of my items are no longer available. I find this frustrating as technology is now sophisticated enough to provide real-time item availability information. my items were delivery over several days which was no efficient. i have ben sent an email telling my my money will be refund, but no date was provided as to when this will happen, and as I write this I have still not receive my refund. I would appreciate a response to this message - with a timeline for my refund. Regards, RR”

“Wasn’t a good service I picked out and ordered Adidas sliders and because I have size 13 feet I knew from the pick the style I needed and when they came they were totally different, I will not be ordering again from sports direct , I ended up giving the sliders to my father inlaw as I can’t be asked to send back and wait for refund”

“First pr trainers ordered had sock fitting ,too tight second pr not suitable. But worst part, paid twice delivery charges at nearly £5 a time returns sender has to pay. 2delivery +2x returns. Just off £20 wasted on postage and no trainers, wont be ordering from sports direct again.”

“I've ordered 2 pair of sheos no46. The second pair was 44 3/4 but the on the box was written 46. Altgouth they fit on my foot, it is a bit disapointed that you don't chenck your parcels.”
