“Both items turned up exactly as described and within 48 hours. One item was a poor fit (my feet width rather than the fault of the goods!) and Sports Direct refunded the item less than 72 hours after I sent it back. Great service. Thank you.”

“Awful- did not deliver all items of my order but have taken full payment. Contacting the customer service email and Twitter is just frustrating as they take ages to respond then just fob you off when they do answer. They've taken no responsibility for the missing order and don't seem bothered. Having doubts that I'll ever see it or a refund from them. Will never shop with them again and will warn friends not to either. Total rubbish.”
