“i AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL BECAUSE MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN STOLEN In the tracking number , it is indicated that it has been delivered bit it never arrived So , it has been stolen because it is a package which is supposed to be delivered without signature , just put in the box letter How can I do to be refunded ?”

“I recently purchase CK 2p cott tank snrc99 small size. On the box its says small but inside actual product is L/G. Very disappointed with this. Even if I return this I have to pay posted which is not ideal.”

“The packaging of the items I received was dirty and damaged (inside the outer plastic delivery bag). And some of the items looked like they had been opened before and squashed back into their respective boxes. This was disappointing to receive. Despite these being sale items I still would expect them to arrive looking new and not like they'd been sat in a warehouse/sales bin for a while. No problems with the delivery itself though - this was on time and I regular updates communicated by email.”

“Too long waiting times for delivery. 1 week for 3 items delivered and do not even try to give the fault to the covid 19. Onde received.....wrong item (size) received. Sorry a bit of a disaster”

“The delivery was within the window. Skechers sneakers were on sale and very cheap. However the standard delivery is worth £5, which is a bit too much. And there's no way you can qualify for a free standard delivery ...I think it should be reduced to £3. Then all is good:)”
