“With SD you are attracted by the price, however the actual quality of the shoes I found disappointing. The packing was in a dreadful state, both pairs had clearly been shipped and returned many times. The delivery charge was reasonable - but spending over £80 would have expected free shipping - or at least discounted if I chose to collect from a drop point. I may use SD again, but there are so many other places to buy these brands - with free delivery at £80 and perhaps better care with packing and repacking. The length of time for refund is very poor - SD cash flow is fine.”

“Poor customer service and rude staff. They take your money and don't supply the correct goods and refuse to let you cancel. Wouldn't buy from here again.”

“Well the goods are worth every penny but I give sports direct 3 stars because I had to pay £5.90 to return some boots that didn`t fit. I ordered size 7 as is my usual size but the ones sent were too tight so sent them back (£5.90 cost) and then ordered a size 8 and they are OK . SPORTS DIRECT YOU CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR POSTING TO ME AND THEN TOO MUCH POSTING TO RETURN ITEMS.”

“i AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL BECAUSE MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN STOLEN In the tracking number , it is indicated that it has been delivered bit it never arrived So , it has been stolen because it is a package which is supposed to be delivered without signature , just put in the box letter How can I do to be refunded ?”

“I recently purchase CK 2p cott tank snrc99 small size. On the box its says small but inside actual product is L/G. Very disappointed with this. Even if I return this I have to pay posted which is not ideal.”

“The packaging of the items I received was dirty and damaged (inside the outer plastic delivery bag). And some of the items looked like they had been opened before and squashed back into their respective boxes. This was disappointing to receive. Despite these being sale items I still would expect them to arrive looking new and not like they'd been sat in a warehouse/sales bin for a while. No problems with the delivery itself though - this was on time and I regular updates communicated by email.”
