“My first shop with Sports Direct and was pleasantly pleased with the products on line that I bought, so when I need to shop online again I will certainly revisit them again. The whole service from purchase and delivery was excellent.”

“The packaging of the items I received was dirty and damaged (inside the outer plastic delivery bag). And some of the items looked like they had been opened before and squashed back into their respective boxes. This was disappointing to receive. Despite these being sale items I still would expect them to arrive looking new and not like they'd been sat in a warehouse/sales bin for a while. No problems with the delivery itself though - this was on time and I regular updates communicated by email.”

“Too long waiting times for delivery. 1 week for 3 items delivered and do not even try to give the fault to the covid 19. Onde received.....wrong item (size) received. Sorry a bit of a disaster”

“The delivery was within the window. Skechers sneakers were on sale and very cheap. However the standard delivery is worth £5, which is a bit too much. And there's no way you can qualify for a free standard delivery ...I think it should be reduced to £3. Then all is good:)”

“Very good prices but delivery costs are quite high considering you can’t try before buying. Also find the returns policy a bit of a faff (having to return via Royal Mail) when other companies will arrange Hermes returns via a local pick up point.”

“Various orders placed recently where item listed as "in stock" but within minutes of ordering receive an email advising item "out of stock" which has resulted in placing further orders and having having to pay delivery on each order. Very frustrating. Will look to order from elsewhere in future”
