“Hi, I placed an order and paid for next day delivery which I didn't receive until I went to my local Hermes depot and collected it myself 4 days after I placed my order. I then emailed your customer service asking about my order and whether or not I will be given a refund on the next dfay delivery charge and I am yet to receive a response? can someone please come back to me or I will be left with no choice but to take this to the press.”

“I bought a tracksuit for my son but only the tracksuit top came,i emailed and they said wait longer.I waited then received an email saying i should have got the pants, but they still hadn’t come i was offered 40% back but i refused it as i had ordered the tracksuit as a set.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of trainers received the wrong sizes so sent them back about 10 /12 days ago for diffesizes & still not received them. Also ordered a girls Nike set sweater & leggings, I only received the sweater which also has a massive stain down it!”

“As usual Sports direct always deliver on time, products are always lovely, just as seen on site. But right now, sports direct needs to look into the international delivery system used. The total payment to be made(inclusive of import duty/tax) is too high and discouraging. My last order, all transaction indicated UK but was later charged over £44 for import duty/tax, I made inquiry and was told items were shipped from EU. We love you for all you do to meet customers satisfaction, sports direct is appreciated always.”
