“Payed for extra fir next day delivery and was not delivered next day. Have not been given a refund because I was told it was the responsibility of the courier. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from sports direct again”

“Absolutely abysmal service ..... took 4 pairs of trainers ...... eventually spoke to 2 managers on 2 separate occasions........after daily emails for a week.... all I wanted was a pair of C6 trainers kept getting c6 box with c7 trainers in .... the 2nd manager explained you (the company) change sizes ....... ridiculous... I ordered by following your size guide ..... and the fact u can’t actually speak to anyone directly when u have a problem took over a month to get sorted”

“Completely untrustworthy and break consumer law. Still waiting for the product despite requesting cancellation within the 14 day cooling off period stipulated by law. They refuse to cancel. Still haven't received the goods despite receiving a dispatch notification. No tracking available despite receiving a tracking link.”
