“I have bought a lot of things from Sports Direct and had a lot of problems. Firstly, two items were missing. Secondly, one of the hoodies sent was different from the one I ordered. Thirdly, the customer service response was very slow and did not solve the problem. It was an unpleasant shopping experience.”

“I paid for next day delivery. Received an email advising that the goods wouldn't be delivered next day and rather than a refund for the service I was sent a voucher to use on my next order. As I'm unlikely to be ordering again for some considerable time (if ever) I'm not happy with this policy.”

“I have always used sports direct have you brand names at reasonable prices. Just unhappy with delivery fee. Most online shop have a limit of 25-50 for free delivery. £100 is too high, shop online more if you could reduce the limit.”

“I have bought three pairs of trainers from sports direct in the past three weeks. Two pairs had to go back as they didn’t fit. The first pair arrived as a size 4, I am a size 5.5. When I went into reorder (I was baffled how I had mistakenly ordered a size 4) I pressed 5.5 but when I went to the basket they had changed it to different sizes. This happened several times. I then had to pay for postage twice to return the trainers. I found £4.99 for postage is very expensive when most websites don’t charge postage or if they do they give you free returns. My trainers and leggings that I have bought have worked out very expensive and I would be reluctant to shop online with you again.”
