“I paid to receive the item on a specific day, it never happened and upon emailing them to say I wanted the delivery fee back as it didn't turn up on that date, they still haven't replied a week later.”

“Ik heb een bestelling gedaan voor schoenen van maat 47 en ik krijg toegestuurd maat 48 . Wel hebben zij op de schoendoos die de maat van 48 had, zelf overplakt met de maat van 47. Dit vind ik wel beneden alle peil, en bedrog.”

“My package came all ripped as if it had already been opened, the item was just shoved inside the bag with the zip down with no tags and not packaged properly. I have emailed customer services about this 4 days ago and have not yet received any form of communication. Poor and very disappointed.”
