“Very poor.. paid for next day delivery.. Tenner.. took 4 days to come and then sent me odd shoes to then be charged again to send em bk.. its cost me £65 for a £50pair of trainers which I haven't got”

“Bought clothes trainers all excellent fit perfectly and fast delivery.. But also a muddy fox mountain bike,! Well it's advertised as 21 inch frame and I got a 18 inch to small for me and should have shimano gearing I got sunrun who are they just cheap rubbish go rusty if got water on them so no not happy.. Would return but not paying to return just sell it if I can... Sorry”

“I Placed an order online and received the incorrect item. Communication was very poor from the customer service team who responded very slow and did not follow the instructions that i gave. I was asked to provide proof that i had returned the incorrect item, which i provided and was told that the correct item would be then sent to me on a next day delivery. After asking for an update i didn't get a reply and communication was poor so i was left in the dark. I was then told that the incorrect item needed to be received back at the warehouse before the correct item would then be dispatched. This was different to what i was originally told!! Then after a couple of days i was emailed to say my returned item was received and a refund had been issued ? This is not what i requested and took far too long! I will now be ordering from a different supplier and wont be using Sports Direct in the future. Not because the item was incorrect (Mistakes Happen) but due to the very little confidence i now has in the customer service that is able to be provided. On this occasion it was extremely poor and not well handled. Thank you!”

“Bad experience, I was delivered the wrong size sneakers, I returned them and got them changed, I opened the box and they were wrong size again! now I have to return them and pay again for the return, let's hope the third time I get the right size? P.S: the shoes box says one size but the sneakers inside are different size, please double check this!!!”
