“I ordered something and payed for next day delivery, only to have to chase you when it was already 2 days late, and then be told that the item wasn't going to be delivered ansd you were just going to refund me without offering any alternative. I.e. getting me a replacement order sent out next day as I clearly had paid for the express shipping as I needed the product quite urgently.”

“I ordered a size 8 trainer's and you sent a size 11 . I paid next day delivery for me to then have to change them . And cost me another £8”

“Informed a week after order that one item was out of stock and not offered an alternative. Rest of order took 3 weeks to arrive instead of the usual 4 to 5 days. I have ordered several times over lockdown and never had to wait this long before. Quality of items are fantastic as always but lack of communication and no explanation of why order was so late”

“Appealing returns policy. Have tried numerous times for a refund after buying online. Only mechanism available is on line emails to customer services. Despite following process abd returning goods with evidence, still have had no progress with even acknowledgement of returns. Extremely disappointed.”
