“Ik heb een bestelling gedaan voor schoenen van maat 47 en ik krijg toegestuurd maat 48 . Wel hebben zij op de schoendoos die de maat van 48 had, zelf overplakt met de maat van 47. Dit vind ik wel beneden alle peil, en bedrog.”

“My package came all ripped as if it had already been opened, the item was just shoved inside the bag with the zip down with no tags and not packaged properly. I have emailed customer services about this 4 days ago and have not yet received any form of communication. Poor and very disappointed.”

“Ordered navy trainers for school PE lessons, received sparkly pink trainers.... would I use it for school lessons? Obviously not. Even description was - boys shoes. Can boy wear those shoes??”

“Payed £7.99 for next day delivery and it took three days to arrive. Have yet to get any response from anyone in customer services regarding a refund for the delivery cost. Overall, very disappointed with the customer service I have received.”

“I ordered on the 5/4/21 and still not received, reported on the 8/4/21 and still no answer despite a case acknowledgment. My order is apparently at the regional Hermes hub, but despite message them and sports direct I’ve had no answer”
