“I am highly disappointed as I am yet to receive my order. I use to get it after 3 days in the past but I am yet to receive it this time. I am not sure why you used DHL as against DPD. I am disappointed after paying such huge amount for shipping. This is the last time I'll order from your online store”

“After receiving a tracking number that sent me to two different curriers, depending on which link I clicked, of which neither worked, I attempted contact through the customer support options available as I needed to know when to expect delivery of my daughters new bike to ensure someone could be at home. Initially via Facebook (described as 1hr response) - 4 days later still no response, then email -4 days later, still no response so finally tried via twitter (described as 1hr response)- 36hrs later still no response. Unfortunately there was no option to speak with a person. Thankfully, the bike arrived intact and someone happened to be in but I'm not sure I will be comfortable buying from sports direct again, just in case there's a problem. Covid should not be an excuse for such a large company not having staff manning these support funtions which should surely be acheivable remotely.”

“Goods arrived very quickly, much sooner than expected. Unfortunately had to send back as they didn’t fit. Had to pay for return postage , even for an exchange, which most companies don’t charge for . So - disappointed with the amount the whole episode cost me.”

“The site was easy to navigate, with a good selection of items from which to choose. Prices were fine too, but overall service was let down by delivery. I paid for next day delivery, but it took 11 days.”

“Trainers were great but too small so I had to pay for delivery and then return postage so cost me around £8 in all. I should have waited until the shops were open so I could try them on!”

“Sizes on the garment packaging do not match the sizes linked to from the item's listing on the website. After pointing out the issue to customer Services, it continued to be listed on the website and then I just got ghosted. This Sports Direct, is a misleading trade description and as such is criminal behaviour.”
