“STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE TEN DAYS AFTER ORDERING. STILL NO SIGN OF DELIVERY FROM HERMES.GOT CHEEK TO CHARGE £4.95 FOR DELIVERY. I WANT A REFUND FOR MY DELIVERY CHARGE. IT WOULD HAVE COME QUICKER FROM CHINA .”

“I sill didn't get my parcel. After exchanging several emails with delivery service, they were not able to tell me where their driver left my delivery. I received only messages that it was delivered but it was not and I was at home waiting for it. I have received picture from the inside of the property where they randomly drooped it off without leaving me the address. I did asking every place I could get in on the street showing them picture the company provided but no one had a clue where that could be. I finally received the door number from the Hermes however I can not reach my parcel and I don't know if it even is there. one way or another it has been week since and I don't want it any more. all I got was a hassle and lot of stress to locate my parcel. I did communicate via live chat and email but no resolution from Hermes”

“The clothing is as you would expect but I won't be ordering online again as I object to paying a minimum of £4.99 for postage, when I picked the parcel up from a local shop. I would then have to pay again if I had to return anything.”
