“I ordered golf trousers and paid £9.99 for next day delivery, the trousers were delivered 8 days later. I have raised a case requesting a refund for the next day premium I paid but 7 days later and I have had no reply. Very poor customer service”

“Sent wrong shoe colour and then wrong size on one pair. Didnt mind the colour but changed size. New size came back and was a small rip on one of the runner. Makes sense why sites so cheap”
