“Unfortunately it wasn't a great experience. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes on next day delivery as I needed them quickly. One arrived damaged, one still had the security tag on so was no use and the other 2 didn't fit. I then had to pay to send them back even the faulty one and the ones with the security tag on which was the shops fault. This cost £15 due to them needing to be sent recorded delivery and insured. They did send me an exchange for the faulty shoe on next day delivery . I won't be purchasing shoes online again from sports direct.”

“I must admit the amount of stock sports direct has is very good, delivery time is also very good during this difficult time. What I find very poor is having to cover the cost of returning items that have either been sent in error or are defective, refunds have now turned into credit notes, but then your caught in the trap of having to purchase more goods for the free postage. Sports direct MUST TRY HARDER”

“The product I brought was great!! However you use Hermes which is possibly the worst delivery service there is, I paid £7.99 for next day delivery and was send a code in replacement when you couldn't meet the next day delivery service. I requested a refund only to receive a rude email about how you can't reverse the code. Very disappointed!”
