“Ordered a dartboard for my sons birthday which arrived damaged, after around 5 sent emails I finally got a reply to be offered a 20% cash back to have it fixed or a refund/replacement, still waiting. Very poor as it’s been 4 days now.”

“Yet to receive my full order. Ordered 1x football and 1x 6pk x4 tennis balls Jan 25. Jan 29 received football and 1 tube of tennis balls only instead of pack of six tubes. Emailed complaint same day but not yet received reply. While invoice says order split into several packages, no further emails received so no further tracking info. Still waiting.”

“I place my orders 23/1/2021 but as my writing on 2 February l still haven't received my order and no attempt has been made to deliver my orders my experience was terrible and my not about to recommend sports direct to anyone anytime soon”

“I received £50 gift card for Christmas so I went onto the website to order a few things for home workouts as I am training to be a personal trainer. I found a few things that i thought would be good so added them to my basket as everything was on stock. I was notified that one of the 4 items would not arrive the same time as the others which was fine and I’m glad i was notified. Just before the first three items arrived i received an email to say one item which i had ordered is out of stock. This confused me. Why was I able to order an item if it’s out of stock?? Next i decided to go online to see what else i could order with the refunded money to find that the product i ordered that is ‘out of stock’ is still there. Now either someone hasn’t updated the website and removed the item or the item is in fact still in stock. Either way this is completely wrong. I paid an extra £5 pounds for the delivery of my items for one to be taken off. Yes i was refunded for the item but now when i go to spend that money i will have to pay another £5 delivery..... Great one that is!!!”

“The parcel was returned to get a bigger size on Friday 29th January. It would have arrived with yourselves on the Saturday as it needed to be signed for. Waiting to hear when the other pair will be sent. Original parcel was delivered on time. Regards Judith. Fogg”
