“The wrong item was delivered. Then, my emails with the order ID (copied and pasted from the invoice) kept bouncing back saying the ID was incorrect. There is no customer care phone line available. Stalemate.”

“Loved the products, service , delivery. But I bought cycling mitts for 7.99 plus delivery online but when the product came it had a sticker marked £5.99 on it. I thought this unfair. You couldn’t do this in a shop. It would be sold as marked.”

“I was billed for the wrong size trainers so I contacted customer service before they was dispatched . The service advisor just said there was nothing that he could do and I would have to return them at my own cost even though it was there mistake. They was no help at all and I am left out of pocket due to there mistake. Not good at all.”

“Ordered footwear. Two left feet came. Customer services said they would send a courier to collect. Courier arrived but no return label was sent by Sports Direct so courier couldn’t accept parcel. Still have the shoes with two left feet!!”
