“I brought a product last week which was to long. I have been trying to ring to see how I can return and get another pair. Yet no one answers the phone to give me any follow up service”

“Ordered footwear. Two left feet came. Customer services said they would send a courier to collect. Courier arrived but no return label was sent by Sports Direct so courier couldn’t accept parcel. Still have the shoes with two left feet!!”

“Brought a pair of training shoes for a Christmas present showed on the delivery tracking that there had been a problem and they never arrived. Have sent several messages via the Sports Direct customer help form and tried to phone customer services but had not response and still have not received a refund which is in excess of £60. Very poor service!!!”

“Bad I ordered gloves and paid next day delivery then got email to say the gloves were out of stock ,so now I’ve paid next day delivery as I got my partner gloves ,she will get hers I won’t and i will have to buy a new pair and pay delivery”
