“Items were apparently dispatched after ordering, but never turned up. Hermes made lame excuse & sent back to Sports Direct. Awaiting refund. Very disappointing.”

“Goods were delivered to an address in Italy, probably delayed due to brexit hold ups. But this wasn't too much of a problem as all arrived in tact. Excellent value !”

“I wasnt impressed as parcel was delivered to he wrong address. The label was printed and the first part of everything was missing. My name my door number so instead of being delivered to no. 17 it went to no. 7 in my street.”

“I was sent the wrong size of trainers, a full size bigger than I ordered. As this was Sports Directs error they emailed me a pre paid returns label, which unfortunately was not recognised when I went to drop off at advised location. I then emailed Sports Direct to advise of this and they emailed me another label which thankfully was accepted when I took the parcel to the drop off point to return. I requested an exchange and am still awaiting for correct size to arrive.”

“My 1st order was spot on but my last wasn't only received 1 trainer in the box after attempting to call and reply I got no where till I decided to return it and get a refund there was some doubts because I had to send photos of proof that I had 1 trainer delivered as had to give the code an track number and order number when I called Hermes I never got to speak to any 1 but a robot they told me my parcel had been delivered when I trying to sort out 1 problem”

“The item didn't fit so I returned it. The response was excellent 3 days later I had the item and it was the right size . Why 3 stars ? 7.99 delivery and another 6.74 to return it means almost £15 extra on the price . No other online retailer does it . It is a bit of a micky take when that's almost 35% extra !”

“Disappointing and expensive experience. Sports Direct didn't have brand specific sizing charts for Helly Hansen so I had to buy off the 'general' size chart. Needless to say the clothing didn't fit and so had to be returned. Even though you pay for postage with Sports Direct the returns are not free (their website doesn't make it clear that you pay for returns - it just say it is possible). Sent back today and am £8 lighter with nothing to show for it.”

“Shipping costs are fairly high and being applied regardless order value. Last time I ordered goods for more than 300 quid and had to pay for the delivery. I ended up paying another 20 quid for sending them back as they did not fit. Finally, I paid more than 30 only for fitting. I am not impressed, the others do it much better.”
