“It’s been a week!! I still have not received my order. It’s over 6 days late and no news on when it’s arriving. Also customer service cannot tell me where it is. It’s an order of £100.99”

“Honestly? Disgraceful is all I can say. I paid for next day delivery on some sportswear for my partner who resides in the military. The next day delivery was necessary due to the pre-deployment training he was supposed to undertake. Due to the delay in delivering these items he was subsequently charged for ‘incorrect kit’ when his items didn’t arrive. I requested a full refund of my postage and so far have been offered £3 as a good will gesture. DISGUSTING”

“Ordered walking boots which were delivered on time. Price on box was £2 cheaper than I paid. Colour of boots quoted on box was charcoal/purple (as ordered) ... boots in box brown/teal! Contacted Customer Service to advise error and even offered to keep boots (didn’t dislike colour) but asked for refund of £2 overcharged and small amount for error. Week later ... still not heard anything. Mistakes do happen but not happy with service received.”
