“Excellent quality clothes, included hangers which was handy. Due to be delivered on 'that snow day' which obviously didn't happen, no problem of course. Came as soon as it cleared. Postage cost was a bit steep, would like a click and collect option.”

“Incorrect size delivered in broken falling apart box, paid £8 for next day delivery. Told have to take them to a parcel shop to send them back which can take 14. Then the packing label which was sent was also wrony meaning a wated trip in a shop in the middle of a pandemic. No offer of refund of next day delivery fee. No offer to collect the incorrect trainers. No urgency. No customer care. Will never shop in either online shop or actual retail shop again worse service ive ever had.”
