“I purchased a few items from sports direct they were delivered very quickly however I feel £5.00 delivery cost is a little expensive considering the amount I spent however the products in which j received where excellent and I am ber pleased with them all.”

“I ordered a bikini and it arrived with the bottoms missing and the top was inside out and dirty (brown marks and animal hair), the order hadn't been checked before being sent out. I'm still waiting for an apology and a confirmation that the item is being sent after exchanging emails with customer services where they asked for me to provide photographic evidence and check the tracking number in case they intended to sent the bikini in 2 separate parcels. Very poor is an understatement.”

“Made two purchases in a short space of time. On the first purchase, one item was sent incorrectly. After I informed Customer Services, a replacement was swiftly arranged, arriving just a few days later. They told me to keep the incorrect item. The second order was also sent out quickly, and this time was all correct. Very pleased with the service. The items purchased were good value, and as described. Would definitely purchase from Sports Direct again. As we live close to Shirebrook, will probably visit the store next time, lockdown permitting.”
