“I ordered a parcel with yourself and was dispatched with Hermes after paying next day delivery I am still waiting and we are on day 7 now. After complaining to yourselves I was passed to Hermes who said they had handed to a resident which is not the case. I still have no parcel and no refund”

“Good products, price and communications. Delivery was quick, my only disappointment was that I didn’t get the big mug that I got last time I ordered from you. Only disappointed because it was a great size and lasted me ages, but unfortunately the handle broke recently after many years of service. Can’t fault anything else.”

“This is not for the SportsDirect store but please kindly transfer the complain to the delivery company... The bag and the inner plastic wrap was cut...possibly in an attempt to identify the content of the bag for the delivery procedure.... I was lucky and the product wasn't destroyed, but they should be careful for every product!”
