“Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve bought something from sports direct online and the first time I bought something I had the most worst experience I was actually sent the wrong item and had to debate this with sports direct customer service for over two weeks not only was I given the wrong item I was even charged the wrong price so my advice to anybody buying something from sports direct online Don’t waste your breath sports direct has no customer service skills or even the skills to solve even the simplest problem”

“I paid nearly £10 for this to be delivered and the stand of my products was in bits and completely shattered! The box was torn in all sides! I’m not impressed !”

“My parcel haven’t arrived for almost a week and nobody can tell me why, Hermes doesn’t reply and I have been put on hold by SD since Friday as nobody could find out why there is a problem with the delivery”

“Took 9 days to receive my parcel after paying for next day delivery. Very unhappy with this do expect a refund on delivery charges. After all this, I believe 1 star is 1 too many. Hermes delivered the parcel I complained to them they said speak to Sports Direct. As a result, I will not be shopping with Sports Direct again.”
