“Sports Direct might have done things right, but the currier they choose is very bad. I payed for next day delivery and after 7 days I still did not get my order. Overall very unsatisfied. At the end of the day i ordered from Sports Direct and they are the ones who need to make sure I get my order and when I contacted them they said it has been sent by the currier and that’s it. Not my problem they deal with bad companies so I will never order again online from them. I pay next day: I expect next day delivery and not 7+ days”

“Regretly, I paid for the next day delivery that is 9.99 but delivery was made after 3 days. On my mails they always give a simple answer, your parcel is with the the courier. We have no concern with the courier who ever they are but only in time delivery. So its really very poor service from Sports Direct.”

“Service & delivery from Sports Direct was excellent but really unhappy with product - Nike Flex Pants 34S. Supposed to be size 34 waist as per label but measured 37 inch, without stretching. Couldnt be bothered with the hassle & expense of returning so paid to have them altered. Disappointed.”

“Totally useless, got one running shoe and that had a security tag attached. Customer support non existent, had to go to PayPal to sort it. Avoid them if you can.”
